Soy sauce, powdered ginger and garlic. Nice and easy for those days you want it easy. Marinate at least one hour and then broil. You can always add Dijon or honey to this if you like or for another variation add to the recipe: 1 cup red wine and another 1 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/2 cup sugar (or sugar substitute) and a dash of ground pepper.

Steps:
- Combine ingredients.
- Pour over a flank steak and marinate at least for one hour. Turn the meat several times in the marinade.
- Remove from marinade when ready to cook.
- Broil in the oven about 7 minutes per side.
