3 CHEESE ARTICHOKE DIP image

1 brick cream cheese, softened (low-fat)
1 cup shredded mozzarella (low-fat)
1 cup mayo (light, reduced fat)
1/2 cup shredded/grated parmesan
3 green onions chopped
14 oz can of artichoke hearts, rinsed, chopped
garlic powder, salt, pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in an oven safe dish. Bake at 375-400 for 20-30 minutes, or until slightly golden on top. Serve with multi-grain pita chips
