This is one of the easiest things to make. It is great for large crowds because it can be served several ways or can be multiplied easily. We eat this over white rice, fritos, with cornbread or just by itself. I like to double or triple the recipe and put some in the freezer. If I need food to take to someone I just grab it...

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 lb hamburger meat
2 can(s) black beans (15 oz)
2 can(s) rotel
2 can(s) ranch style beans (15 oz)
2 can(s) corn (15 oz)
2 pkg taco seasoning
onion flakes as desired
salt and pepper
cheddar cheese, shredded
sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Season meat with salt, pepper and onion flakes. Brown and drain.
  • 2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat and stir.
  • 3. Open all cans of Rotel, beans and corn and pour into the pot. Do not drain any of these.
  • 4. Add small amounts of water if needed. Let simmer until the flavors mix well together.
  • 5. Serve over white rice, fritos, with cornbread or just by itself. Top with cheese and sour cream.
