Steps:
- 1. Soak beans overnight in warm water.
- 2. Drain and put into crockpot.
- 3. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
- 4. Add 1 cup water and tomatoes over top.
- 5. Cut up sausage into bite-size pieces and place over mixture.
- 6. Cook on high until hot then on low for 5 to 6 hours.
