1-2-3 INGREDIENT NO BAKE CHEESECAKE
This recipe was given to me by my boss's wife in 1976. So very easy and really tasty for so few ingredients!

Steps:
- 1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy; add 1 tsp. vanilla; whip the whipping cream in separate bowl; gently fold into the cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture. Pour into pie crust. Can either be served plain or topped with cherry or blueberry pie filling. Refrigerate for about 3 - 4 hours prior to serving. This is excellent and so easy!!
