RASPBERRY-PECAN DRESSING
Stuffing isn't just for company, as Beverly Coyde of Gasport, New York proves with her deliciously downsized recipe for dressing. With its sweet raspberry flavor and pecan-packed crunch, this dish is perfect for pairing up with pork or poultry.

Steps:
- Place the bread cubes, pecans and onions in a large bowl. Combine the egg, butter, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over bread mixture; toss to combine. Gently fold in raspberries., Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

- 1. in a blender container, combine the spreadable fruit, vinegar, salad oil, honey, and poppy seed. Cover and blend until mixed. Or, combine the ingredients in medium bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
- 2. In a large salad bowl, mix the greens, raspberries, avocado, mushrooms, and pecans. Drizzle dressing over the salad. Toss to mix. Garnish with edible flowers if desired. Makes eight side dish servings.

Steps:
- 1. Snip off the tuff ends of the Asparagus then place on and lightly greased jelly roll pan about 15x10. Drizzle with about 2 teaspoons of olive oil and spkinke with the salt and pepper toss to coat and place in the preheated 400 degree oven for 15 min. or fork tender.
- 2. In a sauce pan brown the butter not burnt just lightly browned remove form heat and add the dressing and worchestershire mix well drizzle over the hot Asparagus toss a little to coat well then arrange in a dish.
- 3. I used toasted almonds and maple flavored bacon to top off this dish of Asparagus and I must say it is very good. Be sure to serve while hot.
