RASPBERRY PEACH MELBA DESSERT
The fruity sauce for this delightful dessert can be served warm or chilled. So it's perfect anytime-even when you need to put a meal on the table in a hurry.

Steps:
- In a saucepan, bring peaches, raspberries, sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Chill if desired. Serve over ice cream.

GRILLED MANGO, PEACH MELBA WITH RASPBERRY SORBET
Steps:
- Prepare charcoal or gas grill to low/medium heat. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan, simmer 5 minutes (on stovetop or grill side burner), remove sauce from heat. Meanwhile, cut peach in half and remove the pit. Peel mango and cut in half along pit. Trim around pit and set aside remaining small pieces. Grill peach halves 4 minutes per side, basting with sauce twice; grill mango halves 2 minutes per side, basting twice. Remove both from grill and roughly chop. Gently mix in mango side pieces, remaining sauce and raspberries. Divide into 2 bowls and top each with sorbet and optional frozen yogurt, if desired. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
RASPBERRY-PEACH MELBA
Steps:
- Preparation Time: Approximately 10 minutes Preparation: Reserve 4 peach slices for garnish. Purée the remaining peach slices with the reserved peach syrup and lemon juice in the work bowl of a food processor or blender. Spoon the purée into 4 dessert dishes. Add scoops of sherbet. Garnish with raspberries and reserved peach slices.
