Raspberry Jello Fluff is a delicious classic Jello salad recipe. It is easy to make and only requires 4 ingredients! This is a great Jello side dish for large savory dinners. It is a staple on our table for 4th of July, Easter, and Christmas.

20 ounce can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
3 ounce box raspberry Jello
12 ounce cottage cheese
8 ounce cool whip
**Optional- fresh raspberries for garnish.

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, over medium high heat, bring the (undrained) crushed pineapple to a boil.
  • Add the jello to the pineapple and stir to combine. Remove from the heat and let cool (at least 20 minutes).

1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 cup water
2 -3 cups raspberries
1 Oreo cookie pie crust

Steps:

  • Heat water in a med. saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add in sugar, jello and cornstarch.
  • Simmer and stir until thick.
  • Arrange berries in even layer over crust.
  • Pour jello mixture over top.
  • Chill several hours until firm.
  • Serve with whipped cream.

My husband's Aunt Kathy made this for one of our family meals and I was so impressed that I begged for the recipe! This is not your average jello salad-it's much much better! Not only does it taste wonderful but it is pretty. Appropriate for every day but beautiful enough for a holiday meal.

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 ounce) box raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 cup cold water
1 (21 ounce) can raspberry pie filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, slightly softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Add pineapple and enough water to make 2 cups to a saucepan and heat to boil.
  • Pour over jello and stir until dissolved.
  • Add cold water and pie filling. Stir well.
  • Chill until set in a 9 x 12 dish.
  • Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
  • Spread on jello.
  • Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and or fresh raspberries.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Light and fluffy, this Raspberry Fluff Jell-O Salad only has 5 ingredients and comes together in a matter of minutes. It's the perfect light dessert or even side dish at your potluck party.

4.6 ounces cook and serve vanilla pudding mix (1 package, (Instant Pudding will NOT work))
6 ounces raspberry Jell-o (1 package)
3 cups water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
16 ounces cool whip (1 container, (lite or fat-free is fine))
3 cups raspberries ((sometimes I add blackberries and blueberries too! Any fresh/frozen berries will do))

Steps:

  • Mix together pudding, Jell-o, water, and lemon juice in saucepan over medium heat until it boils.
  • Once it comes to a full rolling boil, remove from heat and pour into large bowl.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until mixture has thickened (about 3 hours).
  • With an electric mixer, beat jello until creamy. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
  • Then add in raspberries until completely mixed together.
  • Stick back into the fridge and chill for about an hour before serving.

I make this a few times a year in December and November as a tribute to my Grandmother. This was her signature family recipe and we often make it on Christmas or Thanksgiving in remembrance of her.

2 (6 ounce) packages raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 (18 ounce) jar applesauce
1 (8 ounce) package frozen raspberries

Steps:

  • Mix the hot water and Jello together. Stir very very well.
  • Add nearly the whole medium-sized jar of applesauce and the raspberries.
  • Put in a circular mold (similar to a bundt pan) and chill overnight to set.

1 (0.3) ounce pkg. sugar free raspberry jell-o gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
A bit of diced cantaloupe

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, prepare gelatin according to package directions.
  • 2. Equally pour into 4 (4-oz.) serving size bowls. Then place bowls in refrigerator so gelatin has set up. Then serve.
  • 3. Note: I also prepared this using a package of Sugar Free Strawberry Gelatin, but I much preferred the combination of Raspberry Gelatin and Cantaloupe.
