2 (10 oz.) packages frozen raspberries in light syrup, pureed in blender
1/3 cup lemon juice concentrate
1/2 cup sugar
1 (750ml) bottle red rose wine, chilled
1 (750ml) bottle champagne, inexpensive kinds taste better! ;)
1 quart raspberry sherbet

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all in large punch bowl (except sherbet) til well combined and sugar is dissolved. Add scoops of sherbet just before serving. This serves 15-20 guests using small, 4-6 oz. punch cups.

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (11-1/2 ounces) frozen cranberry raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
2 liters club soda, chilled
1 quart raspberry or orange sherbet

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, lemonade concentrate and cranberry raspberry concentrate; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a punch bowl. Gently stir in ginger ale and club soda. Top with scoops of sherbet. Serve immediately.
