This Raspberry Iced Tea combines the refreshing flavor of iced tea with the sweetness and tartness of fresh raspberries for an easy summer drink!

8 cups water (divided)
½ cup granulated sugar
4 black tea bags
2 pints raspberries (or 4 cups frozen)
Fresh raspberries (for serving)
Lemon slices (for serving)

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add tea bags and steep the tea for 10 minutes, then discard tea bags. Allow the tea to come to room temperature, then transfer to a large pitcher and set in the refrigerator.
  • In another saucepan, bring remaining water to a boil. Add the raspberries, reduce heat, then simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Use a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to strain the raspberry liquid and discard pulp. Add raspberry juice to the tea mixture in the pitcher and stir to combine.
  • Serve cold over ice with fresh raspberries and lemon slices, if desired.

3 to 4 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Remove from the heat; add tea bags. Steep for 5-8 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add 4 cups water. , In another saucepan, bring raspberries and remaining water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Strain and discard pulp. 1 cup fresh raspberries
½ cup white sugar
½ cup powdered lemonade mix (such as Country Time®)
ice cubes

Steps:

  • Bring the water to a boil in a large pot, and stir in the tea bags, raspberries, and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Allow the mixture to steep until the desired level of tea flavor is reached, 3 to 5 minutes; remove tea bags, and stir in the lemonade mix until dissolved. 10 bags raspberry zinger tea
3 bags mint tea
12 cups water for tea, plus 1 cup for the sugar syrup
1 cup sugar
1 handful fresh mint stems and leaves, plus additional sprigs for garnish
Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot with 12 cups of water to a boil over medium heat. Add the tea bags and let them steep for 10 minutes. Allow the tea to cool and discard the tea bags. Pour the liquid into a large glass pitcher.
  • Meanwhile, add the sugar and 1 cup water to a saucepan and bring to a simmer, over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Drop in the handful of mint, remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool. At this point, strain and add the sugar syrup to the pitcher. Stir the drink well and divide it between 12 glasses filled with ice. Garnish each serving with some fresh mint sprigs and raspberries.

200 g frozen raspberries, thawed
1/4 cup caster sugar
4 peppermint tea bags
1/2 cup spearmint, leaves
crushed ice, to serve

Steps:

  • Place raspberries and sugar in a large heatproof jug and stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved.
