HAM AND CHEESE PASTA WITH RANCH
An easy one pot meal, this Ham and Cheese Pasta is a great way to use up leftover ham. It's an easy pasta dinner that is packed with the ranch flavors. The kids seriously go crazy over this one!

Steps:
- Place a large Dutch oven or deep skillet over medium high heat. Add the butter. Once melted, add the onion and cook, stirring frequently, until soft, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the ham, parsley, garlic salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, dried dill, and onion powder to the pot. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the pasta and the water to the pot. Bring to a simmer, then place the lid on the pot and cook for 8 minutes. Remove the lid and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until most of the liquid has been absorbed and the pasta is al dente, another 5-7 minutes more.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Then stir in the Monterey Jack cheese and the parmesan.
- Serve hot.

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Gradually whisk in cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes longer. , Add the ham, cheese, onions, salt and pepper; cook, uncovered, until heated through. Drain noodles; add to ham mixture. Toss to coat; heat through.

I found this on the back of a package of wide egg noodles I bought for Zelda's Amish Chicken Casserole. It sounded like something I'd be interested in and hope you might like to try also.

Steps:
- 1. Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.
- 2. Melt butter in large skillet, over medium-high heat. Add veggies and cook, stirring frequently, until veggies are tender, about 6-8 minutes.
- 3. Add ham and cook, stirring frequently, until ham cubes are hot, about 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Stir in sour cream and ranch dressing.
- 5. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce is melted, smooth and hot.
- 6. Pour hot noodles into a serving bowl.
- 7. Pour veggies and ham mixture over noodles. Toss to combine.
ORIGINAL RANCH BEEF AND NOODLE SKILLET

- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, and seasoning mix and stir until smooth. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat, add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are browned. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet. Add the beef and cook stirring to break up the meat until nicely browned. Drain the beef. Add the mushrooms back to the skillet. Add the noodles,sour cream mixture, and cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions. , In a large bowl, mix Italian cheese blend, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, sour cream and salad dressing. - Place potatoes in 4-quart Dutch oven; add enough water just to cover potatoes. Cover and heat to boiling; boil 4 minutes. Remove potatoes from water with slotted spoon.
- Add pasta to boiling water in Dutch oven; cook and drain as directed on package, adding broccoli for last 2 minutes of cooking. Cool potatoes, pasta and broccoli slightly. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until completely chilled.
- Mix potatoes, pasta, broccoli, ham, bell peppers and onions in large glass or plastic bowl. Mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing and pepper; gently stir into potato mixture. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
