RANCH SHRIMP & CRAB PASTA
I fix this for me and my husband and he always over eats when I make it! Theres always left overs and they warm up easy. I love to fix Shrimp someway each week. This is my favorite!

Steps:
- 1. If your having company do it the day before. Clean shrimp and crab and sit aside. Clean onions and cilantro, chop it fine. Clean garlic and press.
- 2. Melt 4 tbsp. butter in a skillet and saute onions, garlic and cilantro. Maybe 3 to 4 minutes. Add shrimp and crab simmer 3 minutes. Cook pasta now!
- 3. Now add sour cream and chicken broth. Simmer 5 minutes add corn starch mixture and simmer 3 minutes.
- 4. Now add your ranch powder and seafood seasoning. If you want extra seasonings becareful of adding salt! When you use these you don't need salt!
- 5. Now put your pasta on a large platter and pour your shrimp and crab mixture over the top.

- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Toss with crab and vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

EASY SHRIMP & CRAB PASTA
I couldn't quite find a recipe with what I had in mind, so after looking at a few different ones, I tried this. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this. It is rich, but such a treat!

Steps:
- Saute onion and garlic in butter until onion is nearly translucent.
- Add oregano, basil, red pepper flakes and salt/pepper.
- Add half and half, bring to boil.
- Mix corn starch with enouch water to dilute it, and pour into boiling sauce until you get desired consistency.
- Stir in crab and shrimp, cook another minute and take off of heat.
- Spoon over angel hair pasta and enjoy!

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta, and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain, and rinse under cold water to cool. Transfer to a large bowl, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta and stir to coat. Add the crab, shrimp, tomatoes, cucumber, black olives and bell pepper; mix gently to coat with the dressing. Taste, and adjust seasoning if desired. If the pasta is too dry, mix in more mayonnaise.
