CHOW MEIN NOODLE COOKIE

3 cups butterscotch chips
1 (5 ounce) can chow mein noodles
1 cup peanuts

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, melt butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil. Let stand until cool.

This is a drop cookies that uses Ramen Noodles. You either use the flavor packets for another time or you throw them away. These are so quick and easy and the noodles give off a nutty taste once browned in the butter. Enjoy!

3 pkg ramen noodles any flavor
1 pkg regular size white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp of butter
1 pkg regular size m&m's
1 c raisins

Steps:

  • 1. Lay a piece of parchment or wax paper in your work area. Break the Ramen noodles into small pieces and place in a bowl. Put the flavor packets aside for another use.
  • 2. In a skillet add the butter and let it heat up till it is light brown. Add the noodles till they get all brown
  • 3. Melt your white chocolate in the microwave or a double broiler till it is soft and you can combine the other ingredients.
  • 4. Add the raisins, m&m's and the noodles and combine well with the white chocolate.
  • 5. Drop the mixture by spoonfuls on to the piece of parchment or wax paper and let set until the cookie hardens and then store in a cool dry container.

4 (3 ounce) packets ramen noodles, uncooked
1 (16 ounce) bag dark chocolate chips
12 -14 drops peppermint extract
1 -2 drop spear mint extract
1 -2 drop wintergreen extract
24 lollipop sticks or 24 popcicle sticks
1/2 teaspoon butter (optional)

Steps:

  • Crush uncooked ramen noodles in a bowl to about the consistency of rice krispies. Don't crush finer or the recipe does not set. Set aside.
  • Lay out some wax paper.
  • In a saucepan or double boiler, melt your chocolate chips until then become smooth and creamy.
  • If desired add butter.
  • Slowly add mint extracts to the chocolate.
  • Stir for 1 minute.
  • Quickly pour over your crushed ramen and stir vigorously until covered completely.
  • Spoon mixture in tablespoons onto wax paper into round cookie shapes... mixture will flatten and spread considerable so leave lots of space in between.
  • Place a stick into each cookie before it hardens.
  • Let cool for about an hour.
  • Peel, and eat.
  • Cook time is cooling time.

Chocolate 4 regular sized bars
Peanut butter (smooth or chunky),
Ramen (any flavor 2 packs)

Steps:

  • (1)Break up your noodles until they're roughly the size of a cold breakfast cereal. (2)add the peanut butter until you get a consistancy you like. Less PB would result in a drier, but crunchier product. (3) use your hands (or a wooden spoon) to mix in a bowl (4) Put the bowl into the freezer for 30-60 min (5)shape them into balls (or lumps) on a sheet of wax paper and return them to the freezer (6)While the lumps are in the freezer microwave the chocolate bars until they melt completely. (7)roll the lumps in the melted chocolate, set back into the freezer until the chocolate has hardened. (8)Once the chocolate has melted take the cookies out and serve chilled.
