8 ounces orzo pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in olive oil, vinegar, red onion, tomatoes and basil and toss to combine. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.

2 cups orzo pasta, uncooked
3/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
3 Tbsp. each chopped fresh parsley and basil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 each green, red and yellow pepper, finely chopped
1 cup drained canned artichoke hearts, chopped
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 cup red onion wedges
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives

Steps:

  • Cook orzo as directed on package, omitting salt; drain. Place in large bowl.
  • Whisk dressing, herbs and lemon juice until blended. Add to orzo with remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
