5-INGREDIENT QUICK FROZEN KEY LIME PIE

Steps:
- Beat 1 cup of the heavy cream into stiff peaks in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, 2 teaspoons of the lime zest and lime juice. Fold the lime juice/sweetened condensed mixture into the whipped cream.
- Spoon the filling into the pie crust and spread out evenly. Place in the freezer until solid and set, 3 to 4 hours.
- Take the remaining 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream and add the confectioners' sugar. Whip until soft peaks. Spoon the whipped cream over the frozen pie. Garnish with the remaining key lime zest and some curled lime slices if desired.
QUICK AND EASY KEY LIME PIE
Variations of this simple recipe abound, but IMHO this is the best version. Tangy and cooling, this pie is perfect for summer and great for family gatherings. It's a last-minute dessert that pleases. It can be served refrigerated or frozen. Note that preparation time includes cooking time.

- Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cool to room temperature.
- Mix in containers of yogurt and Cool Whip. Add grated zest, if desired.
- Pour lime mixture into pie crust and chill or freeze.

QUICK KEY LIME PIE
Steps:
- In a bowl, combine sweetened and condensed milk with lime juice. Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spoon into graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for 1- 2 hours till firm. Garnish with lime rind curls.
