This is a quick and easy fudge recipe. The marshmallows give it a smooth consistency. I often have this treat on hand to serve my guests or to satisfy my own "sweet tooth"!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
5 large marshmallows
1 jar (12 ounces) creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • In a heavy 2-qt. saucepan, combine the sugars, milk and marshmallows. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and marshmallows melt. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter. Pour into a buttered 8-in. square dish. Cool. When firm, cut into squares.

Believe it or not I got this recipe from a guy my husband works with. It is awesome so easy! Hope you enjoy it.

1 jar(s) peanut butter, creamy 18 oz.
1 can(s) creamy vanilla icing (you can not use whipped icing)

Steps:

  • 1. Put icing and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. I use Betty Crocker icing but any brand will work as long as it is not whipped icing.
  • 2. Microwave 5 - 10 minutes or until completely melted, stir frequently.
  • 3. After it is completely melted stir until blended.
  • 4. Pour into a 8 x 8 pan and put into fridge about an hour.
  • 5. When it is firm cut and serve.

1 jar(s) (1 lb.) vanilla frosting (i use pillsbury)
1 jar(s) (16.3 oz.) creamy peanut butter (i used jif, a jar is 1 3/4 cups peanut butter)

Steps:

  • Line a 9 x 9 inch dish with foil and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, add Vanilla Frosting and Peanut Butter, do not stir. Microwave 1 minute. Stir until until combined and smooth. Pour into pan and spread until even. Refrigerate until firm. Remove fudge from the pan using foil and cut into squares.
