QUICK AND EASY PULLED PORK BURRITOS
A tasty way to use up your leftovers from a pulled pork! Goes well with a little coleslaw.

Steps:
- Pour beans into a pot and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
- Place a tortilla on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with onion, 2 tablespoons beans, and 2 to 3 tablespoons pulled pork. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese, and roll the tortilla closed. Drizzle over 2 tablespoons of enchilada sauce, and sprinkle with more cheese.
- Microwave until heated through and cheese is melted, about 1 minute. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.

QUICK AND EASY BURRITOS
When your short on time, this is a good fast meal. My family loves these. Quick and easy! If your looking for something quick for lunch just put in microwave.

Steps:
- 1. Take a 9x13 inch pan and put a little bit of salsa on bottom, lay burritos in a row.
- 2. Pour Salsa over top of burritos, cover and bake for around 35-45 minutes or until done.
- 3. The last 15 minutes of cooking put shredded cheddar cheese over top of burritos and bake uncovered long enough for the cheese to melt.
- 4. Top off with sour cream. Serve and enjoy!
- 5. If you want something quick for lunch, just pop it in the microwave for 1 minute, take out and put your salsa and cheese on top and microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted take out and put sour cream on top. Enjoy...
