These are so good...If you like the mint girl scout cookies, you'll love this one.. ..I had this at a Bridal shower a few weeks ago.. I'll be making this one for St Patricks Day...

Steps:
- 1. Mix pudding and milk for a couple of minutes with an electric mixer
- 2. Add alcohol and mix well
- 3. Gently Fold in the coolwhip...
- 4. Add pudding mix to small 2-3 oz cups and place in the freezer... don't worry the mix will not freeze... but will be a smooth mousse...
- 5. I like to add a touch of whip cream for the top and some shaved chocolate just before serving

These are so good... MAKE SURE TO USED INSTANT PUDDING....Don't know where it originated from but it's all over the web.... I've also used vanilla pudding... I wonder how a key lime pudding mix would be and add Tequila...

- 1. Mix pudding and milk for a couple of minutes with an electric mixer... you definitely need to mix this one with a mixer
- 2. Add alcohol and mix well
- 3. Gently Fold in the coolwhip... don't mix... just fold it... this will help the mix set
- 4. pour into individual cups... the small 2-3 oz cups.. Don't use the paper bathroom cups as the paper will become soft
- 5. Place cups in the freezer until ready to eat... don't worry they will not freeze... will be pudding consistency
