PRONTO CHILI
This chili may be simple, but the flavor is outstanding. One of the best things about preparing chili is that you can adjust it to suit your family's tastes. I sometimes substitute ground turkey for the beef.

Steps:
- In a saucepan, brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Top each serving with cheese if desired.

Steps:
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off fat.
- Add broth, tomatoes, salsa, pasta, pepper, chili powder and parsley and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
