PRALINE STRIPS
Graham crackers or club crackers can be used as the base for the brown sugar-pecan topping.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cover bottom of pan with graham crackers.
- Bring butter, margarine, and brown sugar to a boil for 2 minutes. Add pecans and vanilla.
- Pour brown sugar-pecan mixture over crackers; spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cut while warm or break into small pieces.

Steps:
- 1. Arrange graham crackers in an ungreased 10x15x1 inch pan, line with parchment paper or grease the pan as I do.
- 2. Heat butter and sugar to boiling point. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts. Spread over crackers.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut while warm along cracker grooves. Store in an airtight container.

Had these at a Christmas party last night and decided they belonged on my cookie tray. Posting this recipe for safe keeping. Other recipes I have seen use saltines, but these are made with honey grahams.

Steps:
- Arrange graham crackers on ungreased 9x13x1" pan.
- Place margarine and sugar in saucepan.
- Heat to boiling point on high heat and boil for 2 minutes on low.
- Stir in pecans. Spoon and spread over crackers.
- Bake at 400 for 5 minutes. Cut each cracker in half while warm.
