POUND-CAKE TIRAMISU
When you're entertaining, you need a make-ahead dessert that wows. This rich confection takes just 15 minutes to prep, can be made up to a week in advance, and will not disappoint.

- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream, cream cheese, and confectioners sugar until combined. In a small bowl, combine coffee and rum.
- In a 2-quart baking dish, lay half the cake slices in a single layer, trimming to fit. Brush with half the coffee mixture. Top with half the cream mixture and half the chocolate. Repeat. Dust top with cocoa powder. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Steps:
- 1. Lay pound cake on its side. Cut entire cake lengthwise into quarters. Put pieces side by side in a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
- 2. Mix cold coffee and 2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur. Using toothpick or thin skewer, poke holes in cake. Drizzle coffee mixture evenly over cake.
- 3. Using mixer, beat together cream cheese and sugar. Then beat in mocha syrup and 1 Tbsp. coffee liqueur and then milk. After milk is incorporated, beat at high speed til mixture is light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
- 4. Spread cream cheese mixture over prepared pound cake. Serve at once or refrigerate, covered up to 24 hours. To serve, cut into squares and top with choice of garnish. Serves 12
