CHOCOLATE CHIP CREAM CHEESE BREAD
Steps:
- Mix together all the ingredients except for the flour and the milk.
- Add 1 cup of flour and 1/8 c. milk. Mix well, then add in the second cup of flour and the rest of the milk. Whipping this dough mixture with the hand mixers isn't completely necessary, but it will give it a slightly less dense texture. It tastes good either way!
- Pour the mixture into 2 greased loaf pans or 4 mini loaf pans.
- Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes for mini loaves or 40-45 minutes for a big loaf. (This recipe will make 4 mini loaves or 1 to 2 large loaves, depending on the size of your loaf pan.)

- Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs, sugar and sour cream until well blended. Gradually stir in flour. Fold in chocolate chips. Transfer to a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan., Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 65-75 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
