5 pork chops
1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown pork chops on both sides and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, soup and milk. Add the hash browns and chopped onion; stir to coat. Place mixture in a 13x9-inch baking dish and sprinkle the cheese over the top. Place the browned pork chops on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes or until the potatoes are heated through and pork chops are fully cooked.

1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
½ cup melted butter
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
½ cup chopped onions
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
¼ cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine hash browns, 1/2 cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Place mixture in a 3 quart casserole dish.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, saute cornflakes in 1/4 cup melted butter, and sprinkle the mixture over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake covered in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

6 boneless pork chops
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
seasoned salt, to taste
10.5 ounces cream of celery soup (1 can)
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 Tablespoons butter (melted)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
32 ounces Frozen Hashbrowns (1 bag)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
6 ounces French fried onions (1 container)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Brown pork chops in vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, melted butter, garlic powder, frozen hash browns, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and half the container of french fried onions.
  • Spoon mixture into a 9 x 13 inch dish and rest pork chops on top.
  • Bake covered with aluminum foil for 50 minutes (start checking the pork chops around 45 minutes - depending on the thickness of the pork chops, you may need to cook them for longer to make sure they are done. You want the internal temperature of pork to be 145 degrees).
  • Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered for 5 additional minutes.

6 boneless pork chops
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high-heat. Place the pork chops in the oil, and sear.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the soup and the milk. Arrange the potatoes and onions in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the browned chops over the potatoes and onions, then pour the soup mixture over all.
  • Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Top with the cheese, and bake for 30 more minutes.
