SUPREME PORK CHOPS
Chops baked with thin slices of onion and lemon and a sweet and sour topping!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top each one with an onion slice and a lemon slice. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ketchup on top of each pork chop.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes or until internal temperature of meat has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). While baking, baste occasionally with pan juices.

From "A Taste of Oregon". My family loves pork chops, so I am always looking for a variety of ways to fix them. This is one of our favorites.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Season pork chops with salt and place in large baking dish.
- Top each pork chop with an onion slice and a lemon slice.
- Mix brown sugar and ketchup; spoon a couple of tablespoons over each chop.
- Cover and bake 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
CROCK-POT PORK CHOPS SUPREME
Steps:
- Lightly spray slow cooker with butter or garlic flavored nonstick cooking spray.
- Put onions and potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Top with pork chops, salt and pepper, pour soup over chops.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until tender.

CROCKPOT PORK CHOPS SUPREME
Wanted to change up the traditional pork chops recipes , so I came up with this easy and delicious option. I served this with a side of sweet potatoes.

Steps:
- coat a 6 quart crockpot with cooking oil spray for easy cleanup.
- pour 1/2 the barbecue sauce into crockpot.
- peel and chunk carrots and put them in the pot.
- sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of chops and brown them in a large frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.
- spread the rest of the barbecue sauce on each side of the chops and place them on top of the carrots.
- prepare the stove top stuffing and after dividing it into 4 servings place one serving on each chop.
- cook on high for 21/2 hours.

Steps:
- Heat oven 350deg Spoon onion, brown sugar and catsup on each pork chop. Lemon juice on each til brown sugar looks melted. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hr, basting and/or adding lemon juice.
