this is in the oven as i type this house already smells soooooooooooooooooo good this is recipe i jus came up with today jus looked in pantry and spices and here is what i came up with

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 lb bone in pork chops[4 chops]
1/4 pkg tortilla chips
2 Tbsp dried chives
1 Tbsp paprika,smokey flavor
1/4 c flour
1 large egg,beaten
1/3 c milk, 1%
1 Tbsp powdered smoke flavoring

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven to 350 spray a baking dish[on big enough chops can lay flat without overlapping] with non stick spray
  • 2. put chips,paparika,and cives in food processor grind [ya want small and a few bigger pieces of the chips]put in lg zip bag add flour to that shake well
  • 3. take egg and milk and put in food processor[same as chip... don't worry bout cleanin it] mix it foamy and egg well blended put in sm zip bag
  • 4. first put one chop at a time in chips,then egg wash then back into chips then into pan bake at 350 for 35-45 min

this is what hubby and i had for our special x-mas dinner.... so good and easy and u can bread it with whatever u want

2 medium bone in pork chops
1/2 pkg dorito's buffalo wings chips,crushed well
1/2 c mayonnaise
milk,to dalute mayo...2-4 t
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp chives, dried

Steps:

  • 1. start in mornin of day u will fix this
  • 2. crush dips put on plate
  • 3. mix mayo milk mustard and chives together... pour into zip bag add one chop into mayp mix coat well remove from bag and put on plate of chips flip over coat other side... place chop on sprayed with no stick spray bakin dish do other chop same as first one
  • 4. cover and put in fridge take out bout 2 hrs before dinner is to be ready pre heat oven to 350
  • 5. cook chops 25 min flip over cook 20 min more remove from oven let rest bout 15 min then serve
  • 6. i have made this with all kinds of crackers and chips and even bread crumbs also added whatever kind of spices to mayo mix too so recipe is basically the same jus change a few things for new and different taste....

My husband can't go a week without eating this. Its from a passed down recipe and I developed it to my taste. You have to try it!!! The combo of the Worcestershire sauce and the dijon mustard is wonderful!

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 8 pieces
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 pinch garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Heat butter in skillet.
  • Cook tenderloins 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to the pan juices.
  • Cook until heated through.
  • Pour sauce over pork and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Serve immediately.
