Steps:

  • In shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients. Shake well, then strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish, if desired, with lemon peel.
  • Serving suggestion: Moisten rim of chilled martini glass with lemon wedge, then coat with colored sugar.

Ice cubes
2 ounces pomegranate juice
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1/2 ounce club soda
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Pomegranate seeds
Lemon zest strips, optional

Steps:

  • Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add pomegranate juice, vodka, triple sec, club soda and lemon juice. Cover and shake 10-15 seconds or until condensation forms on outside of shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add pomegranate seeds and lemon zest.

4 cups water
3 Red Zinger tea bags or other hibiscus-flavored tea
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups gin
2 1/2 teaspoons vermouth
12 ice cubes
12 mango slices

Steps:

  • Bring 4 cups water to boil in large saucepan over high heat. Add tea bags and sugar. Remove pan from heat and let steep 20 minutes. Discard tea bags. Cool tea mixture.
  • Combine tea mixture, gin, and vermouth in large pitcher. Cover pitcher with plastic wrap and place in freezer until mixture is cold, about 3 hours. Remove pitcher from freezer; add ice cubes. Stir briskly to melt ice partially. Strain into chilled Martini glasses. Garnish each glass with mango slice.

1 large pomegranate, rinsed well and quartered
4 cups cold water
Few sprigs mint (optional)
Few tablespoons honey (optional)

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, bring pomegranate and the water to a boil; reduce heat. Add mint, if using; simmer until fragrant and colorful, about 15 minutes. Stir in honey, if using; strain tea, and serve hot.
