POLISH AMERICAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE
Simple and tasty! I came up with this when I was short on time and long on craving spaghetti. This freezes well, so you can serve 1 or 2 and save some for the next time you're in a real hurry.

Steps:
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter just until softened.
- Add ground round and brown slowly, breaking up to a fine crumble.
- Add wine and simmer for about 20 minutes until it is reduced by half.
- Add tomato soup, broth, and seasonings, stir well and bring to boil.
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour. If sauce is not thick enough for you, uncover and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve over your favorite pasta.

POLISH SPAGHETTI SAUCE
I love spaghetti in the colder weather. Adding this one ingredient changed the taste completely, added dimension and my family loved it.

Steps:
- 1. Brown hamburger in pan with 1/2 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning and salt.
- 2. Drain hamburger of grease. Put in sauce pan.
- 3. Add favorite sauce to hamburger add rest of garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook on medium heat till boils (not roaring),stirring constantly.
- 4. Cut Kielbasa into small 2 bite size pieces, add to sauce. Continue to boil for 5 minutes than turn to simmer. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. Spoon or ladle over favorite noodle and serve with garlic bread.
