1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small red onion, chopped
3-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Alfredo sauce, optional

Steps:

  • Place the crust on an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic and oregano; spread over crust. Bake at 450° until edges are lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Cut into wedges. If desired, serve with Alfredo sauce.

1 (14 ounce) prebaked italian bread pizza crust (I used 13.8 Pillsbury refrigerated dough)
1 cup gated parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small red onion, chopped
3 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Place crust on an ungreased 14 in Pizza Pan. (I stretched my refrigerated dough on greased pan and brushed with olive oil and baked at 400 degrees for 8 minutes and then proceeded as follows.).
  • In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic and oregano.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Bake at 450 degrees (with the refrigerated dough I left my oven at 400 degrees) for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  • Cut into wedges and serve warm or slightly cooled.

1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced, divided
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce, heated

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in half the garlic.
  • Mix remaining garlic and butter; brush onto pizza crust. Place on baking sheet; top with cheese mixture.

1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 cup cream cheese, softened
4 ounces hormel pepperoni slices
1/4 cup Ragu tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, finely shredded
4 ounces hormel pepperoni slices

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a baking pan with foil. Split bagels and place halves face-up in the pan.
  • Mix garlic powder and cajun seasoning into olive oil, and brush across the bagels.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Set your oven to broil.
  • Prepare the spread: add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Slice warm bagel halves into 4 wedges each.

It's almost that time of year again...time for packing school lunches! I am posting some freezer friendly recipes from the Company's Coming "school days lunches" cookbook for anyone who needs some great make ahead recipes for the lunch box, Enjoy! See additional notes at the bottom of the recipe from saturn--thanks for the great ideas!

1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
3/4 cup pepperoni slice, diced
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Cook onion in oil until soft. Add garlic, and spices and cook an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add pepperoni and cook until lightly browned. Remove from heat and cool.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Add pepperoni, and remaining ingredients and stir until just moistened.
  • Spread evenly into a 9 inch round pan.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 or until golden. Let stand for 5 minutes before removing and cutting into 8 wedges.
  • Freezes Great!
  • Other ideas:.
  • For Wedges: Spread evenly in greased 9" (22cm) round pan. Bake in 375°F (190°C)oven for about 20 minutes until golden and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool. Cut into 8 wedges to serve.
  • For Muffins: Grease 8 muffin cups with cooking spray. Fill cups almost full. Bake in 350°F (175°C) oven for about 20 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool.
  • For Mini-Muffins: Grease 48 (or 36) mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Fill cups evenly. If you only use 36 muffins, they will be quite full but it will still work. I only have a large pan and a half pan so I had to make 36 and it worked great. Bake in 350°F (175°C) oven for about 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of a muffin comes out clean. Let stand in pan before removing to wire rack to cool.
  • FOr a Loaf: I have never made it into a loaf but if I were to, I would bake it in a cooking spray greased loaf pan at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes. And keep checking every 2-5 minutes there after until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand in the pan for 5 minutes before removing to cool on a rack. You could slice the loaf and use it instead of bread for a spicy sandwich!

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches)
1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, onion, pepper, pepperoni and Italian seasoning., Place two tortillas on a pan; spread each with 1/2 cup cheese mixture. Repeat layers twice. Top each with remaining tortillas. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut each into 16 wedges. Serve with pizza sauce.

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

6 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced (1/3 cup)

Steps:

  • Heat coals or gas grill for indirect heat. If using charcoal grill, arrange coals around edge of firebox. Top pizza crusts with remaining ingredients in order given.
  • Place pizzas over center of charcoal grill or over unheated side of gas grill and over medium heat. Cover and grill 8 to 10 minutes, rotating pizzas occasionally, until cheese is melted and pizzas are hot. Cut each into 6 wedges.
