2 pkg. (0.15 oz. each) KOOL-AID Orange Flavor Unsweetened Drink Mix
1 bottle (2 L) carbonated lemon-lime soda
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 seedless orange, sliced

Steps:

  • Add juice blend to drink mixes in punch bowl; stir until mixes are dissolved.
  • Stir in soda just before serving.
  • Add fruit.

13 cups (1/2 gallon plus 5 cups) pineapple juice, chilled
9 cups (2 quarts plus 1 cup) coconut seltzer (from six 12-ounce cans), chilled
One 6-ounce jar maraschino cherries, strained and stems removed
Rum, optional

Steps:

  • Fill a bundt pan with 5 cups pineapple juice. Place in freezer until solid, about 8 hours or up to overnight.
  • Place the bundt pan in a large bowl of warm water for about 10 seconds to help remove the frozen pineapple juice ring, then add it to a large punch bowl, flat-side up. Fill the punch bowl with the seltzer and the remaining pineapple juice. Scatter the cherries over and around the pineapple juice ice ring. Serve, adding rum to individual cups as desired.

Wow, what a delicious punch. I'm a big fan of pina colada's so I knew I had to try this. It's sweet, creamy and hits the spot. It makes you feel like you're sitting on a beach on a deserted island. This would be great served at any party or just on a hot day. A great summertime drink!

1 can(s) cream of coconut, 8.5 oz.
1 small can crushed pineapple; 8 oz.
1/2 gal pineapple sherbet
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
1 2-litre Sprite

Steps:

  • 1. Mix first 3 ingredients (pina colada mix, cream of coconut and pineapple) together.
  • 2. Add the final 3 ingredients (sherbet, ice cream, and Sprite) just before serving. Mmmmm... My sweet tooth is wishing for some right now!!

8 cups water, divided
1 family size tea bag
1 cinnamon stick
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
lemon slice, for garnish,if desired
mint sprig, for garnish,if desired

Steps:

  • Bring 4 cups water to a boil in medium saucepan.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add tea bag and cinnamon stick, and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bag.
  • Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Stir in orange juice and lemonade concentrates.
  • Pour mixture into pitcher, and add remaining 4 cups water.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs if desired.
