I haven't tried this recipe yet, but it sounds good and easy. I love popcorn.

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
4 Tbsp dry strawberry flavored gelatin
2 qt popped popcorn

Steps:

1. Melt butter over low heat. Stir in marshmallows until they are soft but not melted. Add flavored gelatin mix. Stir until everything is a nice pink color throughout. The gelatin will not dissolve completely, but that's all right. Pour evenly over popcorn and stir until popcorn is evenly coated.
