3 bananas
1/2 pineapple
4 pinches cinnamon
100 g sugar
4 eggs
70 g sugar
100 g flour
1/4 liter chocolate milk
1/4 liter milk
50 g butter
1 pinch salt
20 g butter
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 celsius.
  • Butter a cake mold and tap in 20 grams of sugar.
  • Peel the bananas and pineapple, then cut into small pieces. Add the cinnamon and sugar and let sit for 20 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and 70 grams of sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour and a pinch of salt.
  • Slowly add the chocolate and regular milk - blend well.
  • Add the fruit to the milk mixtureand dot the top of the cake with butter.
  • Cook for 40 minutes.

2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
1/2 cup sugar
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking soda
Pinch kosher salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, sprinkle the pineapple with half of the sugar, and set aside.
  • In another medium bowl, beat together the butter, remaining sugar, and eggs. In a third medium bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and fold in 2/3 of the pineapple. Spoon the mixture into a small baking dish, or 4 ramekins, and scatter the rest of the pineapple onto the top. Bake for 16 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out cleanly.
