Steps:

• 1. In a large bowl, stir pudding mix and entire can of crushed pineapple, (DO NOT DRAIN pineapple)
• 2. Gently stir in COOL WHIP, marshmallows, and the Rum infused coconut..
• 3. Placet in bowl and cover with plastic wrap and chill for a few hours.
• 4. Please note: I infused the coconut with Rum Extract an hour before using it in the dessert.

• ((Note: Some cans of pineapple have more juice than others so if your can has a lot, drain off and reserve about 1/2 cup add add back in only if the mixture needs it. The pudding and pineapple mixture should not be runny.)) Add the undrained pineapple to a mixing bowl; sprinkle the pudding mix over the top and stir until well combined.
