Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- With a hand or stand mixer, beat butter on high for 1-2 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
- Add in the sugar and vanilla and mix on medium until well incorporated. Add in the eggs
- Add in the pineapples and mix on low.
- Add in the flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until well incorporated.
- Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake for 50 minutes or until the pie is set and is golden brown on top.
