- Salt and pepper the shrimp. In a medium sized bowl combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, soy sauce, Dijon Mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add the shrimp and let marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Thread the shrimp on the skewers. Place on the grill. Grill on each side for about two minutes or until cooked through.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a small saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, green onions, garlic, pepper, salt, and hot sauce.
- Mix until well blended; let cool.
- Pour over shrimp in a glass baking dish; cover and marinate for one hour.
- Drain, reserving marinade.
- Grill shrimp, basting with marinade.

PERFECTLY GRILLED SHRIMP
Steps:
- Heat your grill to high.
- Place the shrimp in a large bowl. Toss the shrimp with the oil and season with the salt and pepper.
- Place the shrimp on the grates of the grill in an even layer and grill until golden brown and slightly charred, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Turn the shrimp over and continue grilling until just cooked through, 45 seconds to 1 minute longer. Remove the shrimp to a platter.
