½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pounds sirloin steak

Steps:

  • Whisk together cola, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add steak, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Remove steak from resealable bag and discard remaining marinade.

⅓ cup soy sauce
½ cup olive oil
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 ½ tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic

Steps:

  • Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender. Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
