1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
16 slices pepperoni, cut into quarters
2 pieces string cheese (1 ounce each), cut into quarters
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning, divided
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place 8 pepperoni pieces on each. Place a piece of cheese on the short side of each triangle; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Roll up each, starting with the short side; pinch seams to seal. Sprinkle with garlic salt and remaining Italian seasoning. , Place 2 in. apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

1 pkg (8-oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
4 cheese sticks, halved
1 pkg (3-5 oz) sliced pepperoni
marinara or ranch dressing (for dipping but optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take each triangle of crencent roll dough and place about 6 pepperoni on the bottom of the triangle. Place half of a cheese stick on top and roll up. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. While rolls are cooking, combine the melted butter, Italian seasonings, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. When rolls are done remove from the oven and brush with the garlic butter glaze. Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
  • 2. Optional: Garlic Butter Glaze: 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese ENJOY!!

These Baked Pepperoni and Cheese Crescent Pizza Rolls are the perfect appetizer or snack. The pizza rolls are so warm and gooey! The flaky crescent roll is buttery and savory.

16 crescent rolls (2 8-count packages)
32 pepperonis
½ cup Mozzarella, shredded
¼ cup pizza sauce, plus more for dipping
3 Tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles. Starting at the widest part of the triangle place 2 pepperoni, side by side.
  • Top with mozzarella (about 1 tablespoon) and lightly top with pizza sauce, about ½ teaspoon.
  • Roll the ingredients up in the crescent roll, tucking in the edges and pinching together to seal.
  • Repeat until all crescent rolls are made. Place rolls on baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter in a microwavable bowl and stir in Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
  • Brush melted butter and seasoning on each crescent roll.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • Warm up the rest of the pizza sauce in a sauce pan on the stove.
  • Serve warm crescent rolls with pizza sauce for dipping!

1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 large egg, separated
1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, combine the pepperoni, cheese, oregano and egg yolk. In another small bowl, whisk egg white until foamy; set aside. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles; seal perforations. , Spread pepperoni mixture over each rectangle to within 1/4 in. of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seams to seal. Cut each into 6 slices. , Place cut side down on greased baking sheets; brush tops with egg white.
