PORK AND PEPPER FAJITAS

Steps:
- Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add pork and green pepper; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender. Add salsa; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Place tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until warmed.
- Spoon meat mixture evenly over tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Roll up.

- Place cornstarch in a large resealable plastic bag. Add pork, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, cook the pork, peppers and onion in oil over medium heat until pork is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in salsa; heat through., Place about 3/4 cup filling down the center of each tortilla; top with shredded cheese and sour cream. Fold in sides of tortillas.
