PENNE WITH GORGONZOLA AND WALNUTS

Penne With Gorgonzola and Walnuts image

Blue cheese may be substituted if you cannot find gorganzola. I used the crumbles and it worked great. We loved the contrast of the creamy sauce and the crunch of the walnuts.

Penne Pasta With Tomatoes and Gorgonzola image

This is a great pasta dish if you like Gorgonzola cheese. Combined with the tomatoes and basil, it makes a wonderful dish. We enjoy it with a crisp green salad, or spinach salad, and garlic sticks.
