3 cups miniature pretzels, coarsely chopped
1 package (10 ounces) miniature marshmallows
3 cups Rice Krispies
1/2 cup light corn syrup, divided
10 tablespoons butter, divided
3/4 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Reserve 1/3 cup chopped pretzels. In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave 6 tablespoons butter on high for 45-60 seconds or until melted. Stir in marshmallows; cook 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in Rice Krispies and remaining chopped pretzels. Immediately press into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan., In another microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup corn syrup. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 45-60 seconds or until butter is melted, stirring once. Add peanut butter chips; cook 30-40 seconds or until chips are melted, stirring once. Spread over cereal layer., In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the remaining corn syrup and remaining butter. Cook on high for 45-60 seconds or until butter is melted, stirring once. Add chocolate chips; cook 30-40 seconds longer or until chips are melted, stirring once. Spread over top., Sprinkle with peanuts and reserved pretzels; press down gently. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. Cut into bars. Store in airtight containers.

Steps:

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until it softens. Slowly add milk and stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Bring to a boil and cook until mixture reduces and thickens.

3 cups Chocolate Cheerios™ cereal
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup light corn syrup

1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup white candy melts, melted
1 cup chocolate candy melts, melted

Steps:

  • Place cereal and marshmallows into a large mixing bowl. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray generously with cooking spray.
  • Place brown sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir and let boil for one minute. Remove and stir in vanilla and salt. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until well combined, the marshmallows will melt while stirring. Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking parchment paper. Evenly pour cereal in an even layer in pan, clustering cereal tightly. Set aside.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar, stirring until well blended. Heat to boiling; cook about 5 minutes or until dark golden brown. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Drizzle over cereal; using spatula, spread evenly over cereal.

Peanut Butter Chicken Wings

Steps:

  • For the peanut butter chicken wing marinade: Put peanut butter, brown sugar, garlic, lime zest, cayenne pepper, black pepper, soy sauce, water, and lime juice in a large bowl, stir to incorporate and reserve.
  • For the peanut butter chicken wings: Score the chicken wings to allow the marinade to penetrate the meat. Put the chicken wings in the peanut butter marinade. Massage the wings in the marinade and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Put the wings on a tray and bake in the oven, turning them over halfway through the cooking time, until the meat is cooked and the wings are crisp and golden brown, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
  • For the peanut crunch: Fill a large heavy-bottomed pot with enough oil to 1/3 full. Using a deep-fry thermometer to read the temperature, heat the oil to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking tray with paper towel.
  • Put the chiles in a bowl, coat well with 2 tablespoons cornstarch and fry until golden brown. Remove the chiles from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined baking tray and season with salt, then set aside.
  • Put the shallots in a bowl, coat well with 3 tablespoons cornstarch and fry until golden brown. Remove from the oil, put on a paper towel-lined baking tray and season with salt, set aside.
  • Put the crispy fried chiles and shallots on a cutting board and finely chop. Combine the chopped peanuts, fried chiles and shallots in a bowl and set aside.
  • For the rice wine vinegar dressing: Put the seasoned rice wine vinegar, garlic, lime zest, sesame oil and salt in a bowl, stir and set aside.
  • To assemble: Put the rice noodles in the center of the plate and dress with 1/2 the rice wine vinegar dressing. Scatter the peanut crunch over the rice noodles. Put the bean sprouts over the rice noodles. Put the carrots around the outside of the rice noodles and bean sprouts.
  • Scatter the cucumber and green onion over the carrots then pour the remaining rice wine vinegar dressing over. Put the peanut butter chicken wings on the rice noodles and garnish with fresh picked cilantro.

I small pkg mini marshmallows
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 c peanut butter, crunchy
5-6 c captain crunch peanut butter cereal
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. In a large pan over medium low heat add butter , marshmallows stirring often till melted and smooth.
  • 2. Add peanut butter & vanilla mixing till melted & smooth.
  • 3. Add 5 cups cereal and stir till combine. If still liquidity add the remaining cup of cereal stirring well.
  • 4. Pour into a non stick sprayed bar type pan ( I used a 8x 11) and using a spoon that was sprayed with nonstick spray, push gently into an even layer. Let cool them cut into bars.

Serve this delicious salted caramel, peanut butter dessert chilled, or frozen as a cheat's ice cream - perfect to impress a date!

few drops of vanilla extract
75g smooth peanut butter
50g icing sugar
20g banana chips , crushed, plus 6 whole to serve
2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
50g peanut brittle , crushed

Steps:

  • Whisk the cream with the vanilla until just starting to stiffen. In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter with the icing sugar to slacken, then fold the peanut butter mixture and the crushed banana chips into the cream. Tip into a container and chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  • To serve, paint a stripe of salted caramel sauce over two large plates, then scatter the stripe with the crushed brittle.
  • Using a dessert spoon, scoop the parfait into an oval shape (a quenelle) and sit it on one side of the plate. Top the parfait with a standing row of three banana chips, then serve.

6 Granny Smith apples
6 wooden sticks
1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups chopped peanut butter filled sandwich cookies
4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
4 ounces white chocolate, chopped

Steps:

  • Insert wooden sticks 3/4 of the way into the stem end of each apple. Place apples on a cookie sheet covered with lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Combine caramels and water in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring often, until caramel melts and is smooth. Stir in the vanilla. Dip each apple into the caramel and gently run apples around insides of saucepan to scrape off some of the caramel. Scrape excess caramel from the apple bottoms using the side of the saucepan.
  • Spread the chopped cookies out on a dinner plate. Roll caramel apples in the cookies and place on the aluminum foil. Place the milk chocolate and white chocolate into separate microwave-safe bowls. Heat in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Drizzle milk chocolate over the apples, then drizzle the white chocolate over the milk chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
3 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
3/4 cup peanut butter chips, divided
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • Add cake mix, peanut butter, and brown sugar to a mixing bowl.
  • Beat on low speed until crumbly.
  • Set aside 1/2 cup crumb mixture.
  • Add water, eggs, and oil to remaining crumb mixture; beat on low speed until moistened.
  • Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
  • Add in 1/4 cup each of the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips; stir to combine.
  • Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  • Mix together the peanuts, reserved crumb mixture, and remaining chips; sprinkle evenly over the batter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a pick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely.

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
1/2 cup chopped honey-roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat sugar, butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add milk, vanilla and egg; beat until well blended. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 19 to 24 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes.
  • Using metal spatula, spread softened chips to frost bars. Sprinkle with peanuts. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 2 hours. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

12 cups popped popcorn
4 cups miniature pretzels
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups chocolate-covered peanuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine popcorn and pretzels; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, honey and corn syrup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. , Remove from the heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat. Pour into two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. , Bake, uncovered, at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Break into clusters; place in a large bowl.
