1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
25 peanut butter sandwich cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
1/3 cup mashed fully ripe bananas
4 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
1/2 cup cocktail peanuts, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, cookie crumbs and bananas until blended.
  • Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Dip in chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 jar (16.3 oz.) creamy peanut butter
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
15 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped (about 1-1/2 cups)
2-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (10 oz.), broken into pieces

Steps:

  • Place peanut butter in medium bowl. Gradually beat in sugar with mixer until well blended. Stir in cookie pieces.
  • Roll into 66 (1-inch) balls; place in single layer in waxed paper-lined pan. Freeze 1 hour. Meanwhile, melt chocolate as directed on package.
  • Dip half of each ball in chocolate; gently shake off excess chocolate. Return balls to pan. Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm. Keep refrigerated.

1 cup(s) margarine or butter softended your choice
1 cup(s) creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup(s) egg substitute
2 tablespoon(s) honey
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 cup(s) splenda
1 1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter or margarine and peanut butter in large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. approximately 1 minute.
  • Add egg substitute,honey,and vanilla. Beat on high speed for approximately 1 1/2 minutes. Add splenda and beat on medium speed until well blended about 1 1/2 minutes. Mixture may be crumbly.
  • Roll level tablespoon of dough into balls and drop onto a lightly oiled or parchment lined cookie sheet. 2 inches apart. Flatten each ball with fork. pressing a crisscross pattern into each cookie. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until light brown around the edges. Cool on wired rack.
