4 bananas, unpeeled
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
4 graham crackers, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Make deep lengthwise cut along inside curve of each banana, being careful to not cut through to opposite side of banana. Place bananas on centers of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil.
  • Open bananas gently; spread with peanut butter. Top with remaining ingredients. Fold foil to make 4 packets.
  • Grill, filled sides up, 8 to 10 min. or until heated through. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.

Gather 'round the campfire for these banana boat s'mores. Just fill a sliced banana (peel and all) with marshmallows, chocolate chips and Golden Grahams Cereal, wrap in tin foil and bake over the fire.

4 bananas
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup crushed Golden Grahams™ cereal

Steps:

  • Cut 4 (12-inch) sheets of foil.
  • Make deep lengthwise cut along inside curve of each banana, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open slit to form pocket.
  • Fill each banana with 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons marshmallows and 2 tablespoons cereal.
  • Wrap each banana in foil, making sure that foil opening is on top. Using tongs, set wrapped bananas in coals of campfire; cook 8 to 10 minutes. Carefully remove from fire; peel back foil.

4 large marshmallows
4 honey maid graham crackers, broken in half
2 tablespoons peanut butter
8 slices bananas

Steps:

  • ROAST marshmallows until lightly browned and melted inside.
  • SPREAD or top each of the 4 Honey Maid Honey Graham squares with 1/4 of the filling. Top each square with marshmallow.
  • TOP with fruit and second graham square; press top lightly to secure. Serve warm.
  • MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
  • Place 1 graham square on microwaveable plate. Top with filling and 1 marshmallow. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until marshmallow puffs. Top with fruit and second graham square.

6 ripe firm large bananas, unpeeled
6 tablespoons chocolate chips
6 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Cut 6 (12-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil. Heat gas or charcoal grill, or heat oven to 350°F.
  • With sharp knife, make deep lengthwise cut along inside curve of each banana, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open slit to form pocket. Crimp and shape 1 sheet of foil around each banana, forming boats.
  • Holding each banana in hand, fill pocket with 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons marshmallows and about 1/2 heaping teaspoon chopped pecans.
  • Return each banana to its foil boat. Seal top of foil, leaving 2 to 3 inches headspace. Place on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows soften. Or bake 15 to 20 minutes in oven until marshmallows soften. (Can also place in campfire coals to cook.)
