1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 cups Total® Raisin Bran cereal

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg until blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in cereal.
  • On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet.

1 cup butter, melted
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup wheat bran
¾ cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking soda

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, peanut butter and eggs. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, bran, oats, and baking soda. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until smooth. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove to a rack to cool.

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 cups peanut butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup natural bran
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cups raisins

Steps:

  • Cream butter and sugars together. Then add egg, vanilla and peanut butter.
  • In seperate bowl combine flour, oatmeal, bran and soda.
  • Add to butter mixture.
  • Stir in raisins.
  • Drop or spoon dough on pans and press lightly with fork.
  • Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
  • Let cool on pans before removing.

1/2 c butter, melted
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg (or two egg whites)
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c oat bran
1 c unbleached white flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt margarine and combine with white and brown sugar.
  • 2. Add egg and mix well. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  • 3. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
  • 4. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
