This is the perfect time of the year for a very refreshing drink and this recipe is for alcohol or non alcohol. You can even make it with the white sparkling grape juice in the bottle. I have never made my own peach nectar, but beings as it is peach season, you could use fresh peaches. For extra fun, dip champagne glass rims...

- 1. In 1 1/2-quart pitcher, mix orange juice and peach nectar. Pour champagne into glasses until half full. Fill glasses with juice mixture.
RASPBERRY-PEACH MIMOSAS
Muddle juicy raspberries with raspberry liqueur and take the classic combo of sparkling wine and peach nectar over the top.
