1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup orange juice
1 envelope whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped pecans, optional
PEACH LAYER:
1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can (21 ounces) peach pie filling

Steps:

  • In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; add orange juice. Refrigerate until partially set. Prepare topping mix according to package directions. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; fold in whipped topping and pecans if desired. Fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into an ungreased 8-in. square dish. Refrigerate until firm. , For peach layer, dissolve gelatin in water; stir in pie filling. Chill until partially set. Carefully pour over creamy gelatin layer (pan will be full). Chill until firm.

32 oz. container vanilla yogurt
8 oz. container Cool Whip (thawed)
6 large peaches, peeled and chopped

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and the vanilla yogurt, stirring until well mixed.
  • Fold Cool Whip into the mixture.
  • Lastly, fold in the peaches. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

1 can (15.25 oz.) peach halves in juice, undrained
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Peach Flavor Gelatin
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Drain peaches, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Chop peaches.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved pineapple juice and lemon juice; pour 1-1/4 cups into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Add remaining gelatin mixture gradually to cream cheese in medium bowl, whisking after each addition until blended. Stir in peaches. Spoon over gelatin layer in pan.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving to serve.

This is an easy grilled peach dessert! I use a honey nut flavored cream cheese spread and it's wonderful! Drizzle a little extra honey after they're grilled and they're perfect!

4 peaches, halved and pitted
2 tablespoons clover honey
1 cup soft cream cheese with honey and nuts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Preheat a grill for medium-high heat.
  • Brush peaches with a light coating of oil. Place pit side down onto the grill. Grill for 5 minutes, or until the surfaces have nice grill marks. Turn the peaches over, and drizzle with a bit of honey. Place a dollop of the cream cheese spread in the place where the pit was. Grill for 2 to 3 more minutes, or until the filling is warm. Serve immediately.

Cream cheese provides a pretty contrast to crimson-colored gelatin. Sweet cherries add a juicy pop!

2 boxes (4-serving size each) cherry-flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 cups frozen unsweetened sweet cherries
2 cans (8 oz each) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/2 cup honey-nut cream cheese (from 8-oz container)
Leaf lettuce leaves, if desired

Steps:

  • In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring constantly. Stir in frozen cherries until thawed. Stir in pineapple.
  • Into ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish or another serving dish, pour about half of the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes or until set.
  • Drop cream cheese by small spoonfuls over set gelatin mixture; carefully spread to cover. Pour remaining gelatin mixture over top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaves.
