2 (12 fluid ounce) cans passion fruit frozen concentrate
6 cups water
4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed
12 fluid ounces vodka

Steps:

  • In plastic pitcher empty passion fruit juice and 6 cups water. Mix well. Toss in the mango chunks. Pour in vodka. Mix again and place in freezer for at least 12 hours
  • The vodka will prevent mixture from freezing completely. Mix again after removing from freezer. Serve immediately.

  • Place 1/2 cup juice and the honey in a pitcher. Stir to dissolve honey. Stir in remaining juice.

2 c fresh passion fruit pulp with seeds, blended in a blender
3 c ginger beer (not ginger ale, but the spicier ginger beer)
3 c bitter lemon soda
1 1/2 c white rum (optional)
16 dash(es) angostura bitters
truvia or simple syrup to taste.

Steps:

  • 1. Blend passion fruit pulp in a blender or with an immersion blender. Add a little water if necessary - just enough to get it to blend. If you're adding the rum, use this instead of water to help it blend.
  • 2. Strain out the crushed seeds if you want to do so. I don't.
  • 3. Mix it all together in a punch bowl with ice.
  • 4. Taste for sweetness and adjust as needed. Some ginger beers are WAAAY too sweet for my taste. Others are balanced. Stir gently if you add a sweetener so not to disturb the carbonation too much.

2 large ripe mangoes or 2 cups mango puree
2 cups passion fruit puree or 2 cups passion fruit nectar
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1/2 cup good-quality rum (Bacardi)
kiwi fruits or sugar cane

Steps:

  • Peel ripe mangoes and remove flesh from flat, oval seeds with a sharp knife.
  • Cut flesh into cubes and transfer to a blender.
  • Add passion-fruit purée or nectar, bananas and rum to blender and blend to a chunky purée, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into four 12-oz. glasses.
  • Garnish each with an orange slice or lime slice or kiwifruit or sugar cane, if you like.
