15 minute recipe! Create a special snack mix with microwave popcorn, bite size squares cereal and cheese-flavored crackers.

1 bag (3.5 oz) microwave popcorn (from 10.5-oz box)
3 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
3 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
3 cups Wheat Chex™ cereal
4 cups cheese-flavored crackers
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Microwave popcorn as directed on bag.
  • In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix cereals, crackers and popcorn. Drizzle with butter; seal bag. Shake until evenly coated.
  • Add cheese; seal bag. Shake until evenly coated.

9 cups Corn, Rice or Wheat Chex
2 cups miniature pretzels
2 cups Goldfish cheddar crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels and crackers. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with cheese and salad dressing mix; toss to coat., Microwave in batches on high 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread onto a baking sheet to cool. Store in an airtight container.
