I did a little playing around on the Naked website and came up with a good substitute for many of their smoothies. I hope the upload the others soon. Note: This recipe may be too thick for some, so add a little water if you are someone who likes a thinner smoothie. Enjoy!

200 g apple juice
35 g bananas
5 g lemon juice
220 g mangoes
70 g orange juice

Steps:

  • Blend all the ingredients together, chill in the fridge, and drink!

3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 1/2 cups fresh mango, diced, frozen
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated, chopped
3 -5 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Combine the buttermilk and yogurt in the blender.
  • Add the mango, lime juice, fresh and ground gingers.
  • With the blender running, add the ice cubes one at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
