PIG OUT CAKE
I fell in love with this cake when I got to try it. My husband made the mistake and said here, try a bite of this cake. And I ate the whole piece. I like to make this cake all year round.

Steps:
- 1. MIX CAKE INGREDIENTS WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL MANDARIN ORANGES ARE TINY SPECKS.
- 2. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES IN A 9 X 13 INCH PAN. OR 3- 9 INCH PANS FOR 20-25 MINUTES.
- 3. FROSTING: MIX JUICE & ALL, PINEAPPLE AND PUDDING TOGETHER UNTIL BLENDED. ADD THAWED COOL WHIP & MIX AGAIN UNTIL WELL BLENDED. FROST COOLED CAKE.
- 4. PUT INTO THE FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
NANA'S PIG OUT PIE
This is a recipe I got from my boyfriend's mom. Everyone loves this pie. Thank you Wanda.

Steps:
- 1. In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla & thoroughly drained pineapple. Next, fold in cool whip. Put in graham cracker crust and chill for at least 1 hour.
- 2. Wanda makes this pie with 8 oz of pineapple, but I like more. Neither of us gets any complaints, except, "Is that all I get?"
