Enjoy barbecue potatoes anytime with these oven roasted potatoes seasoned with Barbecue Seasoning. You can substitute 1 package (24 oz) whole baby red potatoes for the medium cut-up potatoes.

1 1/2 lbs red potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch pieces. (about 4 medium)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons mccormick grill mates barbecue seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F Line baking pan with foil; coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. Add Barbecue Seasoning; toss until evenly coated. Place potatoes in single layer on the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned, stirring halfway through cook time.

4 medium potatoes
4 tablespoons butter, softened
4 tablespoons coarse salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-low heat.
  • Prepare four foil squares large enough to fold over one potato each. Spread butter onto foil in a large enough area that the potato will be completely covered when rolled up. Sprinkle salt, garlic, pepper, and Italian seasoning evenly over foil. Roll each potato in the foil; puncture the package (including the potato) with a fork or knife a few times.
  • Grill for 1 hour, or until soft, turning the potatoes often. Serve with your favorite toppings.

1 large baked potato
1/2 pound grilled turkey, pulled pork, or BBQ ribs
1 tablespoon Neely's BBQ sauce, recipe follows
1/2 cup grated Cheddar, plus more for garnish
Sour cream
16 ounces ketchup
8 ounces water
3 ounces brown sugar
3 ounces white sugar
1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard powder
1-ounce lemon juice
1-ounce Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces apple cider vinegar
1-ounce light corn syrup
2 ounces Neely's BBQ Seasoning, recipe follows
4 ounces paprika
2 ounces white sugar
1 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Split and scoop out potato flesh. Add your choice of meat, Neely's BBQ sauce and cheese, to the potato flesh. Stuff potato shell with mixture and bake for 10 minutes or until heated through. Top with sour cream and garnish with cheese, to taste.
  • Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a stockpot or large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Reduce temperature to low and simmer, uncovered, for at least 2 hours.
  • Mix all the ingredients and set aside.

1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
black pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • Set oven to 400 degrees F.

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons barbeque seasoning (recommended: Grill Mates)
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 pounds baby white potatoes, quartered
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons crumbled bacon
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried chives
1 teaspoon hot sauce

Steps:

  • Potatoes: Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • In a large bowl add olive oil, barbeque seasoning, garlic and lemon juice. Mix well to combine. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
  • Place potatoes in an aluminum foil pouch and seal. Place on the grill or in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
