OVEN BARBECUE BRISKET
This is from Southern Living's Bar-B-Que issue. If you prefer your own sauce, you'll need about 4-5 cups of it (enough to thoroughly drench the brisket).

Steps:
- In a medium glass bowl, stir together the first four ingredients.
- Place the brisket fat side up in a 13x9 inch baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
- Pour the sauce over the brisket and cover with another piece of foil, sealing it with the foil underneath.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Remove and let stand 20 minutes. To serve, slice and pour sauce over meat.

Steps:
- Oven Barbecue Brisket 5-6 pound brisket --- I have Larry trim the visible fat off the brisket; sprinkle both sides with onion salt or powder, celery salt and garlic salt or powder; add 3 ounces or so of liquid smoke and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. To bake, I take it out of the marinade and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce; I seal the baking pan with aluminum foil and bake at 275 degrees for around six hours. Take it out of the pan to cool. Then slice it and put in a fresh baking dish and cover with your favorite barbecue sauce. Put it back in the oven to heat and it is ready to serve.
